This title ponsorship gives ONE organization or ompany the opportunity to be exclusively positioned as the ONLY presenting partner in the 2023 A.C.E. Symposium.
Role of “Official Title Sponsor” for the ACE Symposium 2023
Sponsorship investment you will receive:
- Presenters Speaking Role at 2023 Official Awards Ceremony
- Dedicated session at the ACE Symposium
- Company name and premiere logo placement on the following events:
- Commemorative program
- Symposium media logo placement
- Press releases, printed and website advertisement
- Post event communication
- Website banner ad and links (for one year on ACEAZ.org)
- Company flyers or handbills distributed at information booth
- Inside front cover advertisement in commemorative program
- Exclusive company logo projected behind podium
- Sponsor’s choice prime information booth space location in exhibitor area
- Right to use event name in all marketing campaigns
- Opportunity to provide drawing, prize, giveaway or promotional bags inserts at event
- Large exhibit space including 3 tables with internet access
- Opportunity to address (5-10 minutes) all attendees at the Symposium during a sponsored event

This sponsorship Level will give an organization or Company the opportunity to have priority logo placement and exposure during the luncheons.
Sponsorship investment you will receive:

· Commemorative program
- Ads in all press releases and other printed materials
- Company logo placed on website (ACEAZ.org) with link to company’s homepage
- Company flyers or handbills distributed at registration/information booth
- Company logo projected behind podium along with co-sponsors of this level
- Opportunity to address (5-10 minutes) all attendees at the Symposium during a sponsored event (luncheon or presidential event)
- Full page color advertisement placed within commemorative program

The Producer level sponsorship gives an organization or Company the opportunity to direct their sponsorship investment to a specific segment of the ACE Audience.

- One half page color advertisement placed within commemorative program
- Opportunity to address (5 minute) all attendees at the Symposium during a sponsored event
- Ads in targeted press releases and some printed materials
- Company logo placed on website (ACEAZ.org)
- Company flyers or handbills distributed at registration/information booth
- Company logo projected behind podium along with co-sponsors of this level
